Description

Fleet Maintenance is a feature of the Cirquolus Fleet Management System used to record, monitor, and manage vehicle maintenance activities. It helps the company track repairs, preventive maintenance, service schedules, maintenance costs, vehicle downtime, parts used, and maintenance history.

This module provides a centralized record of all maintenance transactions for each vehicle, allowing fleet administrators, drivers, mechanics, and management to maintain vehicle reliability, reduce unexpected breakdowns, and control repair expenses.

Purpose

The purpose of Fleet Maintenance is to ensure that all company vehicles remain roadworthy, safe, and operational. It allows users to document every maintenance request, approval, repair activity, cost, and completion status.

  5. Cost Recording

Labor cost, parts cost, supplier details, receipts, and other expenses are recorded.

  6. Completion
